Coltsfoot rock is made from the coltsfoot plant, it has hoof-shaped leaves. Many years ago this plant was said to help asthma by smoking it! drinking the juices was said to help sooth sore throats. these days we have it in a handy sweet. Coltsfoot tastes like a cross between molases brown sugar and mild aniseed.
