NEXT DAY: FROM £5.50 (UK)
Use this option for guarenteed delivery next business day not weekends or bank holidays. This service is dependant on stock levels - phone us for up to date stock levels (01453 755777). ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 12PM. Orders placed outside of this time frame will be sent out the following day see below schedule. This service is for mainland uk, small orders may be posted to Highlands, Islands, NI, IOW, IOM, GU, JER, these areas may take an extra day. larger orders may cost more as couriers charge a surcharge to these areas. There will be NO refunds on premium rate postage as per DSR regulations.

USA AIRMAIL/ REST OF WORLD: FROM £4.80
Select this option for all USA deliveries. Delivery between 7 and 14 working days maybe longer depending on local conditions (MAYBE EVEN LONGER AT XMAS). Some parts of the world may take up to 3 weeks - please be patient as Customs may hold up delivery all of which are out of our control and any extra charges are not our responsibility. If World airmail is not selected we may ask for extra postage or remove items from the order to pay for the extra postage. Price includes postage, packing and filling out customs forms
REST OF EUROPE AIRMAIL: FROM £3.55 (EU)
Select this option for all European deliveries. Delivery between 5 and 7 working days depending on local conditions (MAYBE LONGER AT XMAS) Customs may hold up delivery and any extra charges are not our responsibility. If Europe airmail is not selected we may ask for extra postage or remove items from the order to pay for the extra postage.
RETURNS
Returns can only be accepted if your items are damaged or for a quality reason. All our goods are perishable and are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period. please contact us at onlineshop@confectionaffection.co.uk or phone 01453 755777 to return an item.
Any non-food items returned as unwanted within 14 days must be in their original condition and unopened. Refunds will only be made for the goods and our standard postage (2nd class) (as stated in the EU distance selling regulations) no premium postage methods will be refunded. The cost of return will be bourne by the customer in this instance.
no refunds will be made if a delivery is late, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries as these are out of our control. Please make sure some one is in at the delivery address to accept delivery, Ist attempted delivery is classed as delivered on time.
