We thought you may have one or two questions whilst visiting our Online Shop, so we have put some of the most common questions and their answers here:

My card has been declined but I know there is enough money in my account?                                                                                            Your address must be where the card is registered to, if you need to send it to a work address use the different shipping address section in the checkout.

Can I subscribe to a Newsletter for information about Special Offers and New Products?
YES!  You can do this through the order process or by visiting our shop website, by clicking here and joining our group of Confection Affectionates!

Can you deliver outside of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland?
We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland using 1st and 2nd class postage and courier. We will also ship to the rest of the world please select 'Europe Airmail' if you are in the EU, for the rest of the world please use USA Airmail/Rest of World.

If I Order for "In Store Pickup", when will my order be ready?
We aim to have your order ready by 10:00 the next working day after your order is processed and paid for (if placed before 16:00).  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays should be ready for collection by 15:00 on the next working day.

How will I know when my Order is being Despatched/Ready for Collection?
When your order has been picked, packed and ready for despatch or collection we will email you to let you know.  If you have requested a form of postage that has a tracking number, we will let you know the number so that you can track it yourself, if you wish.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
If an item you order is out of stock when you place your order, we will let you know if we are not expecting it to be delivered to us the next working day.  We do our utmost to ensure that all stock is available, so that this situation rarely arises. 

Will I have to sign for my parcel when it arrives?
You will have to sign for all deliveries, this will let us know that you have received your order.  When you place your order, you can choose an alternative delivery address, if you wish.

What do I need to bring with me if I have chosen "In Store Pickup"?
If you have chosen to pick up your order from our Stroud shop, you will need to bring the following with you:
1a)  The Order Confirmation that you were given when you placed your order OR
1b)  Your order reference number.
2a)  Form of ID showing the address used when placing the order OR
2b)  Full details of what has been ordered.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using your Google Checkout account, PayPal account and most major Credit Cards and most major Debit Cards through Paypal.  We also accept a Cheque in Sterling drawn on a UK BANK ACCOUNT, this will significantly delay your order as we will have to wait for the cheque to arrive and to clear.

Do you accept Wholesale Orders?
Yes, but please email our Customer Services team (the email address is on the Contact Us page) with your Name, Address and details of the quantities and products you require.  We can then calculate a Bulk Rate for you which is likely to be more cost effective.

Can you directly deliver an order to someone else as a present?
When you place your order you will be asked for two addresses 1) The Billing Address and 2) The Delivery Address.  The Billing Address must match the address registered to your Credit or Debit Card (or your order will not be processed).  You can set the Delivery Address to an alternative address, if you wish.

Can I order from outside of your Delivery Zone to an address in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales?
Yes, if your Payment Details are accepted by our payment providers.
