Select this option if you want delivery in approx 2 to 4 WORKING days THIS SERVICE IS NOT TIME GUARANTEED AND OCCASIONALLY MAY TAKE LONGER. This is a weight based service and starts at £3.15, this price may not be available if the item(s) you are ordering are heavier than this price bracket. Maybe longer at Christmas.
NEXT DAY:(UK ONLY)
Use this option for guaranteed delivery next business day not weekends or bank holidays. This service is dependant on stock levels - phone us for up to date stock levels (01453 755777). ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 12PM. Orders placed outside of this time frame will be sent out the following day see below schedule. This service is not available for NI, CI or IOM. There will be NO refunds on premium rate postage as per DSR regulations.

From the 1st july EU rule changes (there is no longer a VAT or duty free amount) mean that all orders will be subject to VAT and duties to be paid in the customers home country and will not be paid by us. For more information please contact your local tax authority.

Tracked service may not be available in all countries, If this is the case we will refund the tracking cost and delivery price will be the standard airmail price. YOUR ORDER MAY BE SPLIT INTO MORE THAN 1 PARCEL IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER THE 2KG AIRMAIL LIMIT
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns can only be accepted if your items are damaged or for a quality reason. All our goods are perishable and are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period. please contact us at email@example.com or phone 01453 755777 to return an item.
Any non-food items returned as unwanted within 14 days must be in their original condition and unopened. Refunds will only be made for the goods and our standard economy postage (2nd class) no premium postage methods will be refunded. The cost of return will be bourne by the customer in this instance.
no refunds will be made if a delivery is late, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries as these are out of our control. Please make sure some one is in at the delivery address to accept delivery, First attempted delivery is classed as delivered on time.
