DELIVERY INFORMATION
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERIES DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR OTHER THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL LIKE INDUSTRIAL STRIKES OR TRANSPORT DELAYS .

The option for delivery are as follows and are calculated by weight. Timescales are in ESTIMATED  WORKING days not calendar days.

Delivery prices include packaging. Please note the time constraints on NEXT DAY delivery.


ECONOMY DELIVERY:(UK ONLY) RM 2nd class
      Select this option if you want delivery in approx. 4 to 7 WORKING days. THIS SERVICE IS NOT TIME GUARANTEED AND OCCASIONALLY MAY TAKE LONGER. This is a weight based service and starts at £3.75, this price may not be available if the item(s) you are ordering are heavier than this price bracket. Maybe longer at Christmas

 EXPRESS DELIVERY:(UK ONLY) RM 1st class
      Select this option if you want delivery in approx 2 to 5 WORKING days  THIS SERVICE IS NOT TIME GUARANTEED AND OCCASIONALLY MAY TAKE LONGER. This is a weight based service and starts at £4.75, this price may not be available if the item(s) you are ordering are heavier than this price bracket. Maybe longer at Christmas.


 

COURIER (UK ONLY)

   Use this option for a tracked courier service, usually takes 1 day from dispatch, sometimes 2 if busy. UK only, not NI. Not Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 11am friday will be dispatched monday (Tuesday if bank holiday). Smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail By 1pm service



EUROPE AIRMAIL

      Choose from a tracked or non tracked service, delivery will take from 3 to 21 days and will be dependent on clearing customs in some countries. YOUR ORDER MAY BE SPLIT INTO MORE THAN 1 PARCEL IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER THE 2KG AIRMAIL LIMIT

REST OF WORLD INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL

UPDATE: TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ORDERS TO REST OF WORLD COUNTRIES FROM 01/01/2023 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.


       Choose from a tracked or non tracked service, delivery will take from 7 to 30 days and will be dependent on clearing customs in some countries. Tracked service may not be available in all countries, If this is the case we will refund the tracking cost and delivery price will be the standard airmail price. YOUR ORDER MAY BE SPLIT INTO MORE THAN 1 PARCEL IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER THE 2KG AIRMAIL LIMIT

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns can only be accepted if your items are damaged or for a quality reason. All our goods are perishable and are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period. please contact us at onlineshop@confectionaffection.co.uk or phone 01453 755777 to return an item.

Any non-food items returned as unwanted within 14 days must be in their original condition and unopened. Refunds will only be made for the goods and our standard economy postage (2nd class) no premium postage methods will be refunded. The cost of return will be bourne by the customer in this instance.

no refunds will be made if a delivery is late, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries as these are out of our control. Please make sure some one is in at the delivery address to accept delivery, First attempted delivery is classed as delivered on time. 

any refunds due will be processed within a week, items returned to us without contacting us first on the above email or phone number may delay any refund

Items returned as not collected from Royal Mail are classed as delivered, the goods price will be refunded if the goods are re-sellable but not the postage.
